- UK orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail
- EU orders include Royal Mail tracked shipping and a duty handling fee. From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced a fixed €3 customs duty per product type on all imported parcels. This duty is prepaid by First Word Records on your behalf and is included in the shipping charge shown at checkout — there are no additional charges upon delivery.
- USA orders on music formats (vinyl, CD, cassette) carry no import duty
- International orders outside the UK and USA are sent untracked
- Double LP and multi-disc products incur additional shipping costs per disc, calculated at checkout
